Whew, I didn't know what I was getting into with this one. (Have I mentioned I don't usually look up anything about a show if I'm not already familiar with it?)
It was an emotional one! Definitely some good laughs and nostalgia but also lots of tough topics. The small but mighty cast of just 4 actors did a phenominal job hitting all the emotions of this show.

"Tiny Beautiful Things" is a play adapted from Cheryl Strayed's memoir of the same name, which compiles a collection of deeply personal advice columns she wrote online under the pseudonym "Dear Sugar" on the website The Rumpus; the play explores themes of love, loss, addiction, and resilience through the lens of these letters, as the character "Sugar" (based on Strayed) navigates the raw and often painful experiences shared by the letter writers, confronting her own past while offering guidance to those seeking answers in their lives.
