Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at Sunset Playhouse

Do you see shows more than once? What about more than once a year? I USUALLY wouldn't repeat a show in the same year, but for JOSEPH, I did.

And of course it did not disappoint. I ushered for this show and in our usher meeting it was referred to as "weird." Which caught me by surprise as I LOVE this show. I was confused...why is it weird? It's a really well known story. Ok, I THOUGHT it was a well known story but I was surpsied by how few people actually know the story. Anyway, this word rang in my head the whole first act of the show...weird, huh? But then...I mean I had to see how an Elvis-esque character or maybe the hoe-down in ancient Egypt, MAY be a little weird. But it's so fun!!!
